This video is specifically for fans of desperation.  In it, we get to watch Alisha grow every more desperate before ultimately peeing in her pants.

For this scene, we just wanted to focus on desperation.  We dropped any pretense of trying to do a story.  Instead, we simply filmed Alisha as she was extremely desperate to pee.  Eventually, she ends up wetting her pants, which we then get to watch her take off on camera.
