At the start of this scene we find Alisha on the toilet going pee.  Her younger sister, Acantha, explodes into the bathroom, desperate for relief. Unable to hold on even a moment longer, and with the toilet already in use, Acantha’s only option is to sit over the edge of the bath tub and let go.  Unfortunately, she doesn’t have time to pull down her shorts first and ends up wetting herself.
